I’ve ordered an item from MS. FRANCES CIRENE MENDOZA late last year. I’ve paid her Php 4,000.00, about $ 80, in installment. The last payment I’ve gave her is Php 1,900.00, that’s about 40 in USD. Supposedly, the item should have arrived here within 3 days after I’ve paid for it, that would be the maximum days of waiting. But weeks after weeks, no item has arrived!

She said she was scammed by her supplier name “MARIE BELLE DELGADO“. Cirene gave me an address of her supplier, one courier had help me to find that address, but they never found it. She also gave MARIE BELLE’s website, her online shop, but to found that it was already non-existence, it was been cancelled before i even had a glance of that online shop. I never saw that shop. She also gave the mobile number of MARIE BELLE but she’s out of reach 3-4 days after I’ve gave CIRENE my last payment.The first 1-3 days, MARIE BELLE’s not answering. We’ve never tracked Marie Belle.

I’ve asked CIRENE to do something, I’ve asked if we could meet, but she refused. she never helped me in solving this problem. She’s been avoiding me. CIRENE gave me alibis, alibis, and alibis…..

Just last week, (almost a month of waiting) she said that SHE HASN’T BEEN SCAMMED! She said that she just lend the money to her pregnant friend!!!! If that was true, from the first place, she should have told me! She gave me fake details and now she’s telling that MY MONEY in on her friend’s hands?!?! I don’t believe her. This isn’t just an instinct or suspicions, I know I have been scammed by that THICKED-FACE CREATURE named FRANCES CIRENE MENDOZA!
